• Do they specialize in what you do?
  Check websites, social media and confirm they have recently completed projects similar to yours
  
  
• Do they have a physical location?
  We have found when someone has a physical location and office staff it is hard for them to pick up and run with your deposit or when things get tough. We hope you never have to experience this with a contractor, but it happens all to often. 
  
  
• How are their Google Reviews?
  Do they have a lot of five star google reviews and if they have negative reviews find out why they were negative and how did they respond to the review. If they respond rudely back to the one star review I would find another contractor. 
• Referrals are amazing!!!
  Have you had a friend, co worker or someone else who used them before and you saw there work. That is a great way to find an amazing contractor.
