• Replacing your railing with pressure treated lumber, vinyl railing or aluminum
• Replace your decking boards with treated lumber and composite decking options
• This would be a middle range option if the deck foundation is strong.
Replace Existing Deck with New Deck
- If your deck can’t be repaired, this is the best option
- This will be the most expensive option, but gives you peace of mind
