As a custom home contractor, our goal is to educate you and provide the most transparent information.  Our advice to you is if you want to book an interior project and you want to save money then hire us from December to March.  I promise we will love your business from April to November, but it may cost a little bit more.  My advice to any homeowner that needs work on a home that can be flexible with scheduling is to wait for the off-season.  Other examples of companies you could hire in the off-season that could save you $$ (Tree cutting, fence installation, siding companies, remodelers).  Notice a few of these companies are exterior based projects. I bring those up as well, because even exterior companies work in the winter, but their lead volume is low.
