3 Signs You May Have Wood Rot

1) Look for peeling paint. That is the first sign that your wood could be rot. Hopefully it is not and you can scrape, sand, prime and top coat that wood to prevent it from being rot
2) Wet or wavy wood: If you notice your wood is not solid in shape then it is a good chance it is rotten
3) Soft wood: If you take your pen or finger to the wood and you poke right through it that means you have rotten wood.
